Sorry you got tested: Ureaplasma is normal in the genital tract, present in ~50% of all sexually acttive people. It is shared with partners (i.e. sexually transmitted) but only some strains are known to cause any symptoms, usually mild and only in males. Testing for Ureaplasma is done rarely by knowledgeable experts, e.g. in STD clinics. There's no need for treatment if neither you nor partner(s) have symptoms.
