Depends: I suggest that you go to the Eye doctor for examination including tests for Glaucoma. I do not see how talking on the phone can make your Right eye hurt. Watching tv or a computer screen for too long could make your eye hurt. Go to Web MD to learn about exercises for the eye. Good luck!
