Leukocytosis: A mildly, persistent elevation of WBC can occur for several reasons. Smoking for example can cause this, so if you smoke, STOP!. Generally speaking though, any persistent elevation of WBC's should be seen by a Hematologist to assure you get properly diagnosed an treated as/if needed.

Talk to your doctor: This could be a chronic viral syndrome. Chronic fatigue syndrome comes to mind. Your doctor may want to do some additional tests. Lymes disease is also a possibility. A good physical exam to check for lymphadenopathy and lab studies to check viral titers. Best wishes!
