Not as good as.....: ....following your doctor's advice on exactly how you should be dosing this medication since they know WHY you're taking it and how best you should be administering it to get the effects the doctor wants you to have.

No: Assume you're taking Klonopin (clonazepam) for anxiety. Important to take as prescribed by your doctor. Klonopin (clonazepam) lasts 4 - 8 hours in your system (bloodstream) so no need to take more than twice daily. If you're having anxiety not controlled by your current dose, please discuss with your doctor. Common options include: increase total daily dose and/or add a longer-acting med, eg SSRI.
