HaveYouLostYourWhey?: How much did you take?Did you gulp it down? How did you dilute it and with what? Are you lactose intolerant? (even though the whey isolates are supposed to be low in lactose I wouldn't count on that) Try taking less and drinking it more slowly, or splitting-up your desired amount through the day). If nothing helps,there's many healthier sources of protein.If your stools stay black, see your doctor
