Sitting down my spo2 is usually at 94% but will go up if i take deep breaths or move around ie 96% , 8 months off smoke , will improve or problem ?

Not a problem...: If you are sitting down, you are not likely taking a very deep breath, especially if you are overweight. You oxygen level improves with a deep breath so you do not likely have any problems. If you have symptoms of shortness-of-breath you should get an exam by your physician.
