Test error?: It would be extremely unusual for one person to test positive for 14 high risk ("bad") types of HPV. It may be an error in the test. Clarify with your doctor, who in turn should clarify if necssary with the lab; or s/he might consider repeat testing. That said, I doubt having several types raises the risk of cancer or other serious outcomes compared with 1-3 types, a more common test result.
