I have very bad menstrual cramps and would like to know the quickest way to relive from pain so i may use in the future?

Birth control pills: Birth control pills are usually the best way we know to prevent bad menstrual cramps. However, they won't treat cramps that are there at present. NSAIDs such as ibuprofen are usually best to treat cramps that you're having.
