Pain in the neck: I assume you mean pain in the neck. There are many reasons, although we always joke about kids or other family members. In 20yo, arthritis ranks lower on the list. If swollen glands, then we worry about infection like Strep throat. Of course, if front of neck is tender, then we think of thyroiditis. Muscle strain & tension from poor posture or stress can also cause neck pain. Go see your FamilyDoc
