Leave it alone: and it will heal If you pick at it it will not heal and you may end up with a nasty scar.

Time: Give it a few days to heal. Water is good for it. Lubricate with vaseline or Aquaphor. Avoid antiseptics and antibiotic creams. If you pick off a scab it will still heal just as well. Picking a scab off a wound does NOT cause a scar.
