No: It takes two to four weeks to reach birth control effectiveness with oral contraception, but if the condom didn't break then the barrier method should be sufficient.

No: Unless your condom broke or you weren't using a condom during the entire episode of intercourse, you probably don't need Plan B b/c you weren't exposed to your partner's sperm. As long as you're using condoms w/ your birth control during the 1st week, you should be just fine.
