CHRONIC PAIN: I am not sure of the area ? If it is an intense headache cold compressions , a dark room and aleve (naproxen) may help reduce pain. If pain worsens acutely seek prompt attention with your doc or nearest ER

Pain : You can try over the counter medications like paracetamol or brufen . For chronic pain it's best to see GP .
