Yes: You could but consider non relief, fever,emesis, tense abdomen and poor appetite as warning signs for need for immediate evaluation

If pain is severe: would recommend emergency evaluation. Don't know which pain medication you are referring to.

See a doctor: Pain killers mask pain and that is your body telling you something is wrong. Get a proper diagnosis from your doctor and she will run the tests needed or start you on the correct medication. Avoid alcohol and pain pills as they cause stomach pain as a side effect.
