Dyspareunia: 19y had PAP exam recently followed by painful sex. Indeed, local cervical trauma might be explanatory. In women with benign Hypermobility Syndrome, possibly 7%, the dorsal lithotomy position undertaken for this exam can sublux the sacroiliac joint; arousing pain when same position is replicated during so-called missionary sexual position. Cuts heal & if dyspareunia persist then see Osteopath.
