fiancs feet jump/move when asleep,every other second or same number of seconds apart.can it be stopped.causes rows & lack of sleep for me every night?

Neurologist: Restless leg syndrome and/ myoclonic jerks come to mind. Consult a neurologist and evaluation will also include a sleep study and possible EEG. Medications are usually effective for restless leg syndrome.
