Need more info: Unfortunatley, not enough info here to even guess at the cause. Your age? Sexual exposures like new partners etc? Vaginal discharge or bleeding? Altered menstruation? Fever? Diarrhea or other GI symptoms? In any case, any new or unexplained pelvic or abdominal pain should be professionally evaluated. If severe or if any fever, do it immediately; otherwise, still do it within a day or two.
