Ongoing medical care: Marial, you mostly need to see a specialist regularly to get your pressures checked and get on medication to keep them down. Nothing "natural" is going to cure this disease, which can blind you, and simple surgery might be necessary. It won't hurt to keep your salt consumption low and to take astaxanthin or zeaxanthin to protect against other eye disease of age, but they won't help glaucoma.

Check w/your eye doc: Sorry but unfortunately, there are no specific vitamins & foods to help w/glaucoma. Definitely no dietary supplements which are not required to prove safety or effectiveness before being marketed - so stay away from those miraculous promises. Best to stay in close communication w/your Ophthalmologist & Optometrist & take meds as directed. Check http://goo.gl/o7vpud & http://goo.gl/OT9uUy for info.
