See a clinic or ED: Sounds like you probably got a bone or a piece of shell lodged in something in your throat. These can cause a lot of irritation and even infection which can lead to swelling. Swelling in the throat is particularly dangerous because of the need to breathe through your throat---too much, and the trachea (breathing tube) is cut off. Also it is possible you are allergic to the seafood.
