You can: If your breast tenderness was caused by pregnancy then the hormone level should be high enough for detection on a pregnancy test. Since the test is negative then this means the negative pregnancy is probably correct. You can repeat it whenever you like. If still negative then see a doctorate evaluate your breast tenderness and discharge
