Abdominal distention: usually ovarian cysts don't cause abdominal distention. I would worry if you can't tolerate oral intake, vomiting, or have abdominal tenderness. My question is are you lactose intolerance, constipated, is there weight loss? Does cancer run in your family? If these are potential yes answers see your general practitioner. If you were in my office I would order a CT abdomen to further evaluate.
