Vertigo: Sounds like vertigo. In another question, you said for 10 months, after neck twist with a cracking sound. I would have thought you would have seen a doctor for this problem. An inner ear problem would normally explain it, but neck problem is concern for vertebral artery and possibility of a minor stroke. If you haven't seen your doctor, do it soon; or go directly to ENT specialist or neurologist.
