I am on thyroid meds now 15 years my docc keeps lowering the dose then upping the dose its taken its time why can't i just stay on the dose i feel beson?

Dose is based on lab: It depends on the levels. Free T3, (liothyronine) Free T4, TSH Etc. Need the labs to determine your levels. Stress/ infection etc can increase requirement of thyroid hormones. Which may require dose adjustment.
