Not enough info!: You don't say why you have elevated liver enzymes, so it is hard to say Presumably, if the ER released you and you have follow-up in a few days, then it is likely that you will be fine. That is, of course, if you follow all the ER doc's instructions. Avoid tylenol (acetaminophen) and other meds or supplements not okayed by the ER Docs. Certainly if you feel worse, call the ER or go back and get seen again.
