Not usually UNLESS: there is a direct communication through perhaps a PERFORATED eardrum and your fingers are contaminated with material from an active lesion of HSV on your ear which by some really miraculous means is washed or sloughed off from your finger and makes it all the way past the eardrum and sets up shop in the middle ear with extension to the cochlea and so forth. Chance of that happening? NEAR ZERO.
