Do a pregnancy test: If it is negative then plan B can change your cycle.Use a regular form of birth control if you do not want to get pregnant.

See doctor: Probably not pregnant but a pregnancy test and an exam would be a safe idea. The hormones in the plan b plan has threw your cycle off more than likely. I hope all is well with you.
