Can be normal: This could be completely normal during end of pregnancy. If no pain, fever or smell to discharge likely all is completely normal!

VAGINITIS : VAGINITIS in pregnancy. Unlikely to have been caused by the exam. Follow up with your OB and have labs / UA AND CULTURES checked. It may be a fungal infection. Request a HBA1C, some women develop pregnancy induced diabetes.
