Spotting: How many weeks pregnant is your girlfriend? Take her to the ER immediately because the spotting could be a threatened abortion/miscarriage or placental issue her OB/GYN will be able to ascertain, diagnose and help. May have just been blood in her urine as well. Best to check. Good luck
