Swelling: I would see your doctor about these symptoms so they can do an ultrasound. It is very likely you may have a thrombus in the area where the pic line used to be. For now you can elevate your arm and apply hot compresses to the area.

Swelling, pain and: weakness in the arm after PICC line 3 months ago are probably unrelated. However, it needs a thorough examination at your primary doctor's office. An ultrasound of your arm veins may be ordered. Best wishes.
