No: I would strongly advise against using a condom that has gone through as much manipulation as it would get if tossed around in a washing machine. If the washing water was hot, the strength of the condom might be compromised and you might be at risk of the condom breaking.you can get free condoms at any health or family planning clinic.

Not a good idea: The wrapper isn't water proof and the detergent in the machine in addition to the heat in the dryer may weaken the latex and the detergent may wash off much of the spermicide.
