Uncertain: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes.

Many possibilities: Many things can cause such leg pain: infections, spinal disc injuries/herniations, arthritis of spine, sacroiliac joint, hip, piriformis syndrome, ligament or muscle injury w/direct pain or referred pain, nerve inflammation, etc., etc.Diagnosis requires proper history & exam. A good osteopathic exam may help find cause.Treatments could incl meds, prolotherapy, neuroprolotherapy, manipulation, etc.
