When using the computer there is this really annoying pain above my eye. how do i help to soothe the pain or prevent it?

Dry eye. : This may be due to dry eyes. Treat with artificial tears and oral omega3's. Italy DMSO be due to accommodative spasm from eye strain or in corrected hyperopia.
