Lethargy: Yes unfortunately this is a very common side effect of chemotherapy.

Yes: HOWEVER, there are many ways to "minimize" these symptoms....NUTRITION, and "Complementary" Medical (Acupuncture, Biofeedback,,,,Meditation.... Aski your Oncologist for a referral and if he/she claims its "nonsense' get yourself another Oncologist! Hope this helps! Good Luck Be well! Drb Z
