Bleeding: If you are trying to get pregnant you may have gotten pregnant but had a 1st trimester miscarriage. These are more common than most people think. They appear as menstrual bleeding but in fact are miscarriages. If you are not trying to get pregnant then it may simply be an irregularity in your period or if you just recently started on birth control.
