You didn't: tell us which antibiotic - but in general this type of thing can eventually lead to drug resistant bacteria.

Antibiotic: Doubt you will have any withdrawal symptoms, but likely the infection would reoccur. Please consult your doctor first. By the way, which antibiotic was it?. Did your doctor advise you to stop?.
