I keep getting recurring cysts since 2019(mainly underarm ones). its annoying and frustrating! i had to get them surgically removed before, and treated with antibiotics twice already. didnt stop them from coming back! how do i stop it for good?

Sounds like you might have HS or hidradenitis suppurativa. This is an inflammatory skin disease which can affect the under arms and groin areas. Strongly suggest that you see a dermatologist for proper evaluation and possible treatment. There are several effective medications out there to help control this problem. Of note, this disease is more common in young women, smokers, and the obese.

You seem to have had a hidradenitis supprativa that primarily involves apocrine gland in axilla, Beside surgical modality, carbon dioxide laser therapy seems promising. Check with dermatologist for the details.
