Pls see your Dentist: This really isn't a DIY project. Teeth may be yellow because you need a cleaning, yellow is the intrinsic color of your teeth, systemic problems, or other reasons. White spots may be altered light reflection because of direction of enamel rods, start of cavities, or many other reasons. Dentists do a superlative job of cosmetically altering the color of teeth. Please seek professional care.

Teeth whitening: You can use over the counter tooth paste or crest 3D whitening strips or pens. However, they are not so effective and/or stable. OTC bleach and whitening tooth paste could be used as a supplement only. A professional teeth whitening without laser, followed by home whitening system with custom trays for the long term effect. You will be very happy with the results.
