How to remove tan: Tanning is your skin's response to ultraviolet radiation exposure. You can only get rid of tan by allowing skin to naturally slough off over time. So assuming that you can't avoid sun exposure, start applying sunblock all over. This will decrease skin's sun exposure and allow underlying skin to return to original tone as "top coat" wears off.
