Probably at risk: If by sharing utensils you mean she uses the same utensil to eat her food IMMEDIATELY after the HIV positive person has placed food in their mouth & there's no cleaning of that utensil in between uses then, I believe she's at risk. But if by share you mean that the same utensils are being used by everyone BUT they're also being cleaned & dried between uses by either of them then, much less risk .
