Don't know: It sounds like that their may have been some interruption of the nerve pathways post Novasure. Nerves have been known to regenerate or find alternate pathways so I would not give up hope yet that the "full orgasm" experience may not return. Make sure that you are not peri menopausal as declining hormones also can cause your problem.
