See ur doc: I am concerned that Ur starting pulse was in high 80s and 90. Nitro will increase Ur heart rate but only for 5-10 or so minutes. Not two hours later. Not enuff info to say much more, but enough to suggest you should be speaking with Ur doc ASAP. Good luck.
