Any episode of crying *whatsoever* leaves me physically exhausted the entire day, comparative to having a grand mal seizure. (i'm epileptic.) why?

Epileptic?: Follow up with your Neurologist to evaluate further. Not knowing what medications you are on, or what type of seizure you were diagnosed with, makes it difficult to give opinion.
