Regurgitation: If you have regurgitation, you may have reflux disease. You can use over the counter proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole (prilosec) or pantoprazole (protonix) BEFORE meals 1-2 times per day. If this does not improve after 2-4 weeks I'd recommend seeing a gastroenterologist and considering an upper endoscopy to examine the esophagus and stomach further.
