Nausea: Your symptom of burping, especially when lying on right side is most likely related to acid reflux. In young male of age 22, these not very worrisome, especially if symptom has been present only for a short while. Maybe reflux: The symptoms you describe may indicate gastroesophageal reflux disease when a small amount of the content of your stomach comes back in the lower esophagus. Other causes are also possible and consulting your doctor is recommended.

Anxiety: Your anxiety is likely causing you to swallow air and the reflux to act up. Either can cause burping. The post-nasal drips may or may not be from the nose since throat clearing or mucus may be the result of reflux reaching the throat causing the inflammation.

May be several: Nausea, burping, occasional heart burn and post-nasal drip may be the result of acid reflux. However, you take medications that can cause nasal congestion (mitrazapine) and Codeine that is included in migraleve that can cause constipation. Without more clinical data i can't give a more specific answer. In the meantime, don't eat for 2 hours before you lie down and rinse your nose with saline. If t.
