Possibilities: Infection (cellulitis) should be ruled out, but since both legs are involved, it's more likely that this a form of neuritis/neuropathy. Do you have diabetes, malabsorbtion, malnutrition, anorexia or other known congenital condition? A full workup may be necessary to determine the cause.
