Epigastric+LLQ pain: The pain in the upper abdomen could be heartburn or related to ulcer disease. I'd recommend a proton pump drug like omeprazole before meals because it works better than ranitidine. You can try over the counter miralax (polyethylene glycol) for constipation. If you have left lower abdominal pain, it could be due to constipation. If it is not better you might want to have a CT scan to exclude diverticulitis.
