Many!: Heart attacks can have many different symptoms depending on the person. Chest pain is the most known one, but other things like a stomach ache or dizziness or shortness of breath, can also be a symptom. If you have no history or heart disease, and do not use drugs that may cause heart damage, or have a family history of early heart disease, a heart attack is not common at your age. Get checked.
