Could be anything...: From razor burn to warts or herpes. It's best to have it evaluated in person or via virtual consult. Hope this helps!

Lots of things: There are natural bumps that occur in the labia, or lips, that surround the vagina and the vagina itself can often be lumpy. These lumps are usually skin coloured or pink and soft and due to glands under the skin and generally cause no problems. If you have any funny coloured lumps (darker than your skin or white), hard lumps or painful lumps then you should see your doctor.

Visual DX: Hi, it’s hard to say without a picture but there is a great app that may be able to help you get a diagnosis without being seen in person by a dermatologist. The app is called VisualDX and is one of the best, if not the best out there. Many clinicians, including myself, use it. Just snap a photo and it gives you a list of possible diagnoses. Good luck!
