A 32-year-old male asked:

Greetings docs! is there any condition aside from herpes that cause clustered reddish or pink bumps on the genital area precisely where pubic hair grows? secondly can you have herpes and not experience any pain, itch or blisters?

Many dermatologic symptoms could cause such symptoms. The large majority of genital area skin problems are not STDs. Herpes can be painless, but no herpes outbreak lasts more than 1-2 weeks. Continuing bumps like you mention cannot possibly be herpes. See a doctor about it. Good luck.
