Hello i have headache from 2 weeks ago, i saw my gp and she said it is a tension headache. it is a few days my eyes twitch. please advise what to do.

Headache: With a tension headache, your best bet is to drink water, get rest, and take ibuprofen/tylenol. Some caffeine never hurts either. Get well soon!
