My left eye has been twitching for a few days now and before it was hurting a lot. i've been getting bad headaches on the left side too.

Eye twitching: Twitching of your eyelid may be caused by stress, which also could be the cause of your headaches. The pain you had is probably not related to the twitching, but might be related to the headache. See an ophthalmologist if it doesn't improve soon.
